Anon is perhaps the most prolific writer of recorder music, folk music, you-name-it, whatever. He or she has been at it for centuries, if not for thousands of years. In all my researches, seeking and looking-up, I've never found anything, never seen picture or signature.
Can anyone help out?
Anon is a distant relative of Miscellaneous.

In terms of being a ragtime composer all that can presently (August 2015) be gleaned about by internet searching is that Anon is the one-off composer of History March (1895) published by L. C. Gotthold, .
