Music! Music! Music! is one of many items that I was given at an audition in Bremen in the early 2000's. Despite being the only bass I had no difficulties in singing my part "vom Blatt" and all the other songs in a two-hour programme. I was initially welcomed but one week later the ensemble changed their minds. Too old ageism strikes again!. As for the song itself Lyrics. Stephen Weiss, music Bernie Baum, it is a standard and has been perfomed by all the greats-of-the-day.
