According to the Internet source given below, Tom Henry Delaney was an -American blues and jazz songwriter, pianist and singer born in Charleston, South Carolina.
He wrote a number of popular songs and his works were recorded by many prominent singers and musicians. His The Jazz Me Blues (1921) published by Palmetto Music Pub. Co., New York, USA became one of his more durable works.
Delaney died in Baltimore, Maryland
