According to the Internet source given below, Harry Arlen, born Hyman Arluck born in Buffalo, New York is today (2015) mosty known for composing songs for the film "The Wizard of Oz" - most especially Over the Rainbow. The songwriter of some 400 songs his output includes favourites such as It's Only A Paper Moon, Stormy Weather, I've Got the World on A String, and Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive..
He died in New York aged 81.
