According to the Internet source given below, Will B. Morrison was an American composer and publisher of popular music born in Indiana. He published the odd piece for a number of his contemporaries notably Cecil Duane Crabb's Fluffy Ruffles (1907) and Abe Olman's Honeymoon Rag (1908). Of ragtime interest are his own Scarecrow Rag (1911) and Sour Grapes (1912). He died in Indianapolis, Indiana.
