Obviously a popular title because similarly-named pieces are also known as follows:

This particular Fluffy Ruffles is a lively two step in AABBCC form with a 4-bar introduction. A "black" composition in that the original piano composition is a two-fisted affair whereby all digits are fully occupied, just the stuff for polydactyls! This is reflected in this adaptation for recorder in that all seven voices are fully, at times breathlessly, occupied from start to finish.
Fluffy Ruffles was published by The W.B. Morrison Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.
A tempo of 80 crotchets/min. is suggested.
