According to the Internet source given below, Julius Lenzberg was an American composer of popular music. Whilst he had only a few ragtime hits, his contribution to the genre was significant in his adaptations of well-known classical melodies for piano ragtime. This triggered a number of composers and performers to do likewise e.g. Paderewski Rag (1920) by Frank Henri Klickmann.
The chief of these are Hungarian Rag and Operatic Rag whilst Haunting Rag is considered to be his most original.
