According to the Internet source given below, Charles Cohen was an American musician of mixed heritage born in Cuba, Georgia.
He worked as a musician in Northern Pennsylvania and Southern New York State before moving Binghamton, New York in about late 1905. He is best known as the composer of Riverside Rag (1910) and Fashion Rag (1912) both published by Vandersloot Music Pub. Co., Williamsport, Pennsylvania, USA.
He died in Binghamton.
