Bob Carleton  (1896-1956)

Very little is known about Bob Carleton. He is best remembered for his early jazz piece, Ja-Da (1918) and Where the Blues Were Born in New Orleans (1947) which was introduced by Louis Armstrong and in the film New Orleans.
