All that can presently (June 2022) be gleaned about Florence Bilton from sheet music covers and by Internet searching is that she was presumably an English music hall actress/singer who has been featured on just one work namely Oh Dear! Oh Dear!! Oh Dear!!! (1885) music by Fred Gilbert, and published by Chas. Sheard & Co., . Its front cover states that it was sung by the Sisters Bilton i.e. Florence and Belle Bilton.
