Purchasing information Notice for leaders/bass players
Length: approx. 3 mins. Sounds best if the bass is doubled.
Rabbit's Foot is a heavily syncopated fox trot having an AABBACC form with a 4-bar introduction. A "virtuoso" piece for the 1st tenor who is kept on his or her toes throughout. The introduction and A strain has a dum-diddy-da-da dah dah phrase of which much could be humorously made. The cover of the original sheet music shows two dancing, and canoodling rabbits with their full complement of feet by moonlight.

A tempo of 160 crotchets/min. is suggested.
