Carl Rosier  (1640-1725)

According to the Internet source given below, Carl [Charles] Rosier was a German violinist and composer working at the Bonn court of Elector Maximilian Heinrich until 1675. From 1683-99 he was in the Netherlands, associated with Carolus Hacquart. He evetually became Kapellmeister of both the court and Cologne cathedral.
