One-Off Composer is the name given in this domain to a fictitious entity to represent all those one-off ragtime composers i.e. composers that have just one published work to their credit, to be accounted for on a central, dedicated webpage. It is a nifty dodge as a piece of database housekeeping allowing the publisher webpages to link to a works list for those composers. The webmaster running this domain believes that a list with just one title on it is a little bit silly (besides being a waste of bandwidth).
