Length: approx. 5 mins.
Springtime of Love is as one might expect from the title, a romantic waltz in a quasi-sonata form of AABACCA with a 16-bar introduction and a 4-bar interlude between the A- and CC-strains. Its free-flowing melodies just begged to be danced to, a strong suggestion perhaps to be taken up when performing this adaptation for recorder sextet!
Springtime of Love was published by Stark Music Co, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
A tempo of 150 crotchets/min. is suggested.
