Fizz Water, referring of course to bubbly Champagne, is another splendid Blake dance quite on par with his The Chevy Chase (1914). This piece too makes use of 32-bar strains. Its form is AABBCCCC with an 8-bar introduction, an 8-bar interlude between the BB and CC strains as well as a 16-bar interlude between the CC and CC strains. The whole is a quite delightful and balanced composition guaranteed to get feet a-twitching well in keeping with its title.
