According to the Internet source given below, Jenö Takács is an Austrian composer. He studied at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Joseph Marx and Paul Weingarten. He first met Béla Bartók in 1923 and then wet on to hold professorships in Cairo, Manila and Pécs (Hungary) and finally, at the College Conservatory of the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
