All that is presently known (March, 2006) is that a certain Cummins had written a rag entitled Kentucky Walk a Way described on the back pages of some Stark published sheet music as "Easy and quite catchy. Very popular". All very mysterious as neither the composer or the piece itself is mentioned anywhere. Can any surfer out there oblige?
