p_caseaa.jpgAccording to Nora Hulse in her Ragtime Refreshments, Anna Case was an American soprano at the Metropolitan Opera Company from 1909 until 1920. Besides her Metropolitan Rag (1917) she is credited with several songs with words. She was born in Clinton, New Jersey and died in New York City.
