According to the Internet source given below, Arthur Leslie Benjamin was an Australian composer, pianist, conductor and teacher born in Sydney, Australia.
He is probably best known as the composer of Jamaican Rumba (1938) used in the Alfred Hitchcock film The Man who Knew Too Much (1934, 1956).
He died in London.
