All that can be presently gleaned about Charles F. Bauer is taken from the sheet music cover of Three Strikes (1902) written by brother Arthur W. Bauer. The brothers published their compositions with their own Bauer Bros. Music Co., Oshkosh, Wisconsin, USA.
