p_siegelf.jpgAll that can presently (August 2024) be gleaned about Frankie Siegel from sheet music covers and by Internet searching is that she was presumably an American actress/singer who has been featured on 4 works published between 1909 and 1914.
Her portrait on the left is taken from The High Cost of Loving (1914) music by George W. Meyer, words by Alfred Bryan and published by Leo Feist, New York, USA.
The Richmond Virginian (Volume 4, Number 136, 15 June 1913) briefly mentions her as "The Maid from Melody Lane" whilst another press cutting describes her as "The girl with the pleasant smile".
Surfers are welcome to contribute any further information about this performer.
