She was on stage from childhood and was a vaudeville performer in the Linton & McIntyre act billed as The Chattering Chums. Later she achieved success with her husband as Hyams & McIntyre with their comedy act. She made several Broadway appearances and was cast, mostly minor roles, in almost forty films.
She died in Los Angeles, California,
Of Broadway interest is Doctor Tinkle Tinker (1910) music by Karl L. Hoschna words by Otto Hauerbach and published by M. Witmark and Sons, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, USA the front cover of which has portraits of the pair.
