Wreath the Bowl
Last updated: 10.03.22
Wreath the Bowl is a beautiful song written by that beloved Irish poet and composer, Thomas Moore (1779-1852). Its elegant three verses poetically extol the delights of the cup in a most gentlemanly manner. The last line of the chorus, "We'll take a flight towards heaven to-night, and leave dull earth behind us", expresses eloquently the songs sentiments.

This song is included in We're Only Here For The Beer! - Light by Dr. Rosteck and myself.
