I found "The Drover's Dream" in The Bushwackers Australian Song Book. It is an amusing account of Australian beasts doing all kinds of strange musical things in the dream of a sheep drover. The dream was so real and entertaining that the drover didn't know that he was asleep!
I have found a plagiarism of the same title and tune in The Great New Zealand Songbook. Even the lyrics are almost the same excepting that the Australian animals are replaced by New Zealand ones.
