rpfritzj.jpgAccording to the Internet source given below, Julia Fritz won the 8th International Telemann Competition 2015 and the 1st International ERTA Competition for Recorder Solo in Feldkirch 2006 and was a member of the European Union Baroque Orchestra (EUBO) 2007. In summer 2010 and 2012 she assisted Han Tol at the International Summer Academy Salzburg, from 2014 to 2016 she worked as a teacher at the University of Music in Trossingen. Julia Fritz has been professor of recorder at the Vorarlberg State Conservatory in Feldkirch, Austria. since spring, 2017.
She received her diploma in recorder in 2008 with honors at the Hochschule für Künste Bremen under Han Tol. She was then she was offered a concert exam, a challenging postgraduate study, which she completed in 2011 with top marks. She studied in Salzburg under Dorothee Oberlinger.
As a flutist and tinker she has performed at festivals such as the Utrecht Early Music Festival, the Bremen Music Festival, the Resonanzen Wien and the Innsbruck Festival of Early Music.
She is a member of Boreas Quartet Bremen.
