This webpage was started in January, 2000 and listed all the artists known to me when I started serious study of the recorder in the late 1970's. It intends to list all internationally known recorder performers, soloists and recorder consorts, with a complete discography of these artists. Lesser-known past and current artists, regardless of their standing, are included with the proviso that they have made at least one recording or radio/TV broadcast. Correspondence is welcomed!
