I was introduced to this suite by Karl Marx by the Alt-Aumund Blockflötenensemble. It is a straightforward work for beginners comprising five dances which include: Polonaise, Bourree I, Air en Menuet, Bourree II and Schwabentanz. We played it just a few times, it was good at restoring lost confidence after labouring at more difficult works.
