The Rah Rah Boy!!! is as one would expect from the title, a stirring and rousing number. It is personified by the natty college chappy shown on the cover of the original sheet music. He strides forward smoking a pipe, hands-in-pockets and leading a bulldog confidently into a bright future. With this in mind the piece should be performed accordingly. Its form is a straightforward AABBCCDD with a 4-bar introduction and is written in the 3-flatted key of Eb-major or as some might prefer c-minor. No modulation here!
The Rah Rah Boy!!! was published by Jerome H. Remick & Co., New York & Detroit, USA.
A tempo of 120 crotchets/min. is suggested.
