"The Wayside Chapel" is pretty and melodious piece which fairly tinkles along. I downloaded it from the Robert C. Walshe's website to be played by the Alt-Aumund Blockflöten-Ensemble in May 2010. Its structure suggests that it originally may have been a song. The fine as given in Mr. Walshe's arrangement seems a little inconclusive so we have lightly modified the final bars.
