This "Concertino No. 6 " by John Baston was amongst the first purchases that I made whilst still a young Petty Officer on H.M.S. Lofoten in November 1965. The concertino comprises an Allegro and Siciliana. Unlike Baston's Concerto Nr. 2 (1730), this piece was within the scope of my abilities and I still hope one day to play it in public.
