According to the Internet source given below, Albert von Tilzer followed his elder brother Harry von Tilzer and worked in his firm "Von Tilzer Music Publishers". A writer of hundreds of songs, his best hits were Take Me Out To The Ball Game (1908) and I'll Be With You In Apple Blossom Time (1920) . Of ragtime interest is his That College Rag (1911).
