All that is known about Logan Thane is gleaned from the covers of his only published work, Calla Lily Rag (1907) and that is precious little. The front cover of that piece gives a further name, Nat. E. Solomons as though Logan Thane were a pseudonym. The name Nat. E. Solomons is however given as a co-author on the first music page. Take your pick, dear surfer! Does anyone out there in cyberspace know more?
