Sydney King Russell was an American composer and publisher of popular music. He started publishing in St. Louis, Missouri in partnerships with Charles Neil Daniels and a certain Boone, who may have been the pianist John W. Boone (aka "Blind Boone"), before moving to San Francisco, California with Daniels. Of ragtime interest is his Too Much Raspberry (1916).
