According to the Internet source given below, Walter Müller von Kulm was a Swiss composer, conductor and music pedagogue.
Born in Basel, Müller von Kulm worked for several years in Othmarsingen as a primary school teacher. In 1927 he studied with Volkmar Andreae, Rudolf Moser, Gustav Güldenstein and Felix Weingartner at the Basel Conservatory.
From 1939 to 1954 he directed the Basel Bach Choir and from 1947 to 1964 he was director of the Basel Music Academy.
He died in Arlesheim.
