According to the Internet source given below, Dulcie Sybil Holland was an Australian composer and music educator born in Sydney, New South Wales.
She studied piano with Grace Middenway and Frank Hutchens, cello with Gladstone Bell, and composition with Roy Agnew and Alfred Hill, at the New South Wales Conservatorium of Music. In 1936, Holland studied composition John Ireland at the Royal College of Music, London and in 1951 studied serialism with Mátyás Seiber.
