Bessie Boniel  (1883-)

According to Nora Hulse in her 60 Years of Ragtime Piano, Bessie Boniel was a home-based music teacher and a story-writer for the American Film Co., New York from 1914-16. As well as her own piece Harlequin (1906), she composed the music for the comic opera The Three Fakirs of Faz (1904) and co-authored Daphne (1911) together with J. Russel Robinson.
